El Poblet olive oil is an Extra Virgin oil, first cold pressed, using exclusively mechanical procedures in continuous ecological processes. Our oil is certified organic (CV number 1464), and our olives have never come into contact with pesticides, herbicides, or other unnatural products.

Virgin and extra virgin olive oil is pure natural fruit juice, without any additives of any kind.

This is an extra virgin olive oil renowned for its potent nose with various aromas of green apple, tomato leaves, and black radish. On the palate, a succession of aromas and flavors gradually appear: the sweetness of hazelnut with light touches of butter, leading to tomato leaf and green apple, transitioning to green lettuce and black radish with hints of green pepper. Today, the intensities of bitterness and acidity are elevated. The powerful and persistent pungency noticeable in the aftertaste reveals a high content of beneficial phenolic compounds for health. Its chemical structure makes it an excellent preservative.
